Staff at West Midland Safari Park have thrown a big, ‘king-of-the-jungle-sized’ birthday party for their seven lion cubs, who are all celebrating their first birthday this year.

Guests will not be entitled to a Free Return Visit if using any amount of Tesco Clubcard Vouchers.Free Return Codes will not be issued to guests who have purchased a Lantern Festival ticket.Free Return Codes are valid for 6 months from the date of your first visit and no extensions will be considered.Guests who arrive without pre-booked tickets will not be entitled to a Free Return Visit.

A Free Return Code is only sent when guests book online in advance.

Free Return Codes will not be valid during any school holiday dates, during any special events or evening events, nor on any Bank Holiday dates. Free Return Codes would not be valid on the following dates: 1st – 2nd Jan 2023, 18th – 26th Feb 2023, 1st – 16th April 2023, 1st May 2023, 8th May 2023, 29th May – 4th June 2023, 22nd July – 3rd September 2023, 28th October – 5th November 2023.

Instructions on how to book your Free Return are provided by email after your visit date this email is sent within 24 hours after visit. Guests booking tickets on the WMSP website are entitled to a Free Return Visit, within 6 months from the date of their visit. Free Return Visits are not included in the discounted group and school prices or when using Tesco Clubcard Vouchers as part of your transaction.

* Free Return Codes are ONLY sent to guests booking online in advance, without Tesco or ASDA Vouchers. – Guests with a Blue Light Card or members of Defence Discount Service can enter their codes at the end of checkout. – Tesco Vouchers can be used to purchase only Admission-Only tickets, at the gate only. Please exchange your points into a voucher for West Midland Safari Park and arrive with this voucher code to purchase tickets at the gate. Tesco Vouchers will not be valid against any extras: animal food, guidebooks, ride wristbands, minibus tours, annual passes, or anywhere else in the Park. Tesco Vouchers are not valid for the Lantern Festival event and upgrade fees apply to see Santa during the Santa Safari event. African Safari Wildlife Park cannot be held liable for personal injuries or vehicle damage.

“Honk” your car horn if in need of assistance, an African Safari Ranger Staff member will be over to assist you.

Stay in your car in case of an e mergency or inclement weather.

Obey feeding and NO feeding zone signs.

Outside Food (animal food not provided by African Safari) is not permitted. To feed the animals, hold feed cup far outside of the window and hold the bottom of the cup OR gently toss food out onto the ground.

Feed only from cups provided by African Safari Wildlife Park.

Do not hang out of your car or allow children to lean out of car windows.

SAFARI ZOO WINDOWS

Please do not leave dogs unattended in a vehicle (even with windows cracked) at any time. In the Walk-Thru Safari, please keep your pet dog on a leash and clean up after them. While going through the Drive-Thru Safari, please keep pet dogs from interacting (getting “nose-to-nose”) with the animals.

Motorcycles are not permitted to go through the Drive-Thru.

We reserve the right to deny any vehicle entry into the Drive-Thru that would not meet the safety standards required to drive through.

Window openings cannot be larger than a standard sedan window. You can unzip or roll down your windows to feed the animals.

Jeep and convertibles must have top and solid doors on to travel through the Park for your safety.

Keep car doors closed at all times and do not exit the vehicle for any reason.

To feed these animals, closely pull your vehicle up to the pen and hold feed cups outside of the car window.

Some animals in the Drive-Thru Safari may be exhibited in pens.
